BSE GROUP ETS, Bohr Security and Electrification Group ETS, is in the business of helping commercial organizations become more energy efficient.
BSE GROUP ETS was founded by current Executive Chairman Philemon ACHEKWA in 2018. Philemon started his career as an electrician’s apprentice and has worked up to become an Executive Chairman of national engineering businesses.
Philemon is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Director with 10 years’ experience in electrical and mechanical building engineering design, contracting, maintenance and operation.
Philemon's specialisms include electrical building services, mechanical building services, energy efficiency, renewable infrastructures, and building/process/industrial automation.
Philemon has provided over 50 energy audits for clients along with many SME businesses. Many of the energy audits that Philemon has produced have led to the implementation of energy management systems, behavior change programmed and the retrofitting of technical measures.
Philemon is a veteran of the security world and has been providing information security guidance and expertise to corporate clients, the CAMEROON community and the defense-in-depth coordination of multiple security countermeasures, based on the defense principle that a multi-layered defense system is more difficult to penetrate for over 5 years. As Director of Bohr Security and Electrification Group ETS, he provides direction for the company which he founded in 2018. Philemon's professional background includes security capability strategy planning and development, information security capability framework design and implementation, and security awareness strategy design and implementation. SECURITY IN in Internet of Things (IOT) devices and deployments.
Philemon also is involved in the development and implementation of digital health and software as a medical device.
Our company assist clients in major hazard industries as well as commercial and public sectors to manage health, safety, security, environmental and business risk.

Arnold started his career as structural engineer advancing to now co-founding BSE GROUP ETS with national engineering businesses.
Civil professional engineer and General manager with over 15 years' experience in building and constructions' architectures, contracting, built environment and rehabilitations.
Arnold's specialisms include economic management of construction, projecting monitoring, geotechnical applications, design and supervision.
Arnold is with over 20 projects designed and supervised to completion and counting in sections: laboratories, ICT centers, hospitals, water tanks, roads and buildings.
A veteran in geotechnical engineering reports, training of professionals and civil professional engineering consultant to corperate clinets in NIGERIA and CAMEROON communities with design-in-dept collaboration of multiple heavy industries and engineering sectors.
